Always there for us and quick to respond to any concerns, they managed to sell our home in a difficult market. They represented our best interests at all times. Exceeding expectations while going above and beyond is just business as usual for them. When there were issues with the state in which the previous owners had left our new townhouse, Dan took it upon himself to personally fix the problems. So I worked with jade a long time ago and found out she was a realtor when I was selling my poco condo. My wife and I reviewed many realtors (more than 10) and couldnt find anyone we were content with. Jade and dan stepped up big time and we were able to get about 50k more than we thought we would. Jade went ABOVE AND BEYOND when it came to the sale of my condo. She did far more than any other realtor would have bothered with - she brought cute little plants/decorations over, helped me clean the windows, etc.. she even dealt with my tenants issues when I was too busy at work (like arranging for a locksmith to come over and fix the doorknob). She hired a professional photographer who created a beautiful virtual tour and interactive floor plan that could be viewed online. She put in the work to get me top dollar for my place, which was surprising considering 99% of other realtors just want to get it over and done with as quickly as possible so they make more money.
